حذف بياناتك من تمّملي
ما الذي يُحذف
- رقم هاتفك.
- ملفك الشخصي على السيرفر (الاسم ورقم التثبيت ونسخة التطبيق).
- كل النسخ الاحتياطية المرتبطة برقمك، مع ملفاتها.
- جلسات الدخول المرتبطة برقمك.
ما الذي يبقى
- سجل محاولات إرسال رمز التحقق: يبقى بصيغة مختصرة (hash) لا يُستخرج منها رقمك. يمنع إرسال الرسائل إلى رقم واحد بلا حد.
- الدفتر على هاتفك: لا يُحذف من السيرفر لأنه لا يصل إليه أصلًا. يُحذف بحذف التطبيق من الهاتف.
- سجل الحذف: سطر واحد يثبت أن الحذف تم: بصمة رقمك (hash)، والتواريخ، وعدد النسخ المحذوفة وحجمها، ونسخة التطبيق. لا يحتوي رقمك ولا اسمك ولا أي محتوى. يُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 12 شهرًا.
الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق
- افتح تمّملي.
- اضغط زر القائمة، ثم "الملف الشخصي" أو "مركز المساعدة".
- اضغط "احذف بياناتي من السيرفر".
- إن كان رقمك موثّقًا: اضغط "أرسل رمز التأكيد"، واكتب الرمز الذي يصلك برسالة SMS.
- يبدأ عدّ تنازلي من 10 ثوانٍ. اضغط "تراجع" خلالها إن غيّرت رأيك، فلا يُحذف شيء.
- عند انتهاء العد تظهر رسالة "حُذفت بياناتك من السيرفر."
الطريقة الثانية: بلا التطبيق
- أرسل رسالة واتساب إلى 0946949022 (https://wa.me/963946949022) من الرقم نفسه المرتبط بحسابك، وفيها: "أطلب حذف بياناتي من تمّملي".
- نحذف البيانات خلال 7 أيام، ونرد عليك برسالة تأكيد.
Delete your data from tamemli
What is deleted
- Your phone number.
- Your profile on the server (name, install identifier and app version).
- Every backup linked to your number, with its files.
- The sign-in sessions linked to your number.
What remains
- The verification sending log: kept as a hash your number cannot be recovered from. It stops unlimited messages to one number.
- The ledger on your phone: it never reaches the server, so there is nothing to delete there. It is deleted by uninstalling the app.
- Deletion record: one line proving the deletion happened: a hash of your number, the dates, the number and size of the backups deleted, and the app version. No phone number, no name, no content. Deleted automatically after 12 months.
Option 1: in the app
- Open tamemli.
- Tap the menu button, then "Profile" or "Help centre".
- Tap "Delete my data from the server".
- If your number is verified: tap "Send confirmation code" and type the code you receive by SMS.
- A 10-second countdown starts. Tap "Undo" during it if you change your mind, and nothing is deleted.
- When the count ends, "Your data was deleted from the server." appears.
Option 2: without the app
- Send a WhatsApp message to +963 946 949 022 (https://wa.me/963946949022) from the same number linked to your account, saying: "Please delete my tamemli data".
- We delete the data within 7 days and confirm by reply.
